This electrode is ideal for most work steps. It can mainly be used for degreasing, activating, and dechroming, and is also very good for chromium plating.
Important! Stainless steel electrodes can cause contamination of the coating solution in other coating processes. In this case, it is recommended to use a more suitable anode, e.g., made of graphite or platinum.
Stainless steel electrodes and, ideally, aluminum electrodes are suitable for chromium plating. Graphite or platinum electrodes are suitable for gold plating.
Graphite or silver electrodes are suitable for silver plating.
