Perfect Base for Electroplating
After drying, the conductive coating forms an excellent foundation for electroplating.
For optimum plating quality, apply a bright copper electrolyte or acid copper electrolyte before continuing with nickel, silver, gold, rhodium, chrome, or other decorative and functional metal coatings.
This process improves adhesion, coating thickness, corrosion resistance, and the final surface finish.
Easy Application
Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly.
Apply a suitable plastic primer if required.
Shake the aerosol can vigorously before use.
Apply several thin coats using a cross-spray pattern.
Allow 5–15 minutes between coats.
Let the coating dry completely before electroplating.
