Conductive silver lacquer spray 150 ml
Conductive silver lacquer spray 150 ml from Betzmann Galvanik    Product information about Betzmann electroplating silver conductive lacquer spray (150 ml)   Item description: Betzmann Galvanik conductive silver lacquer spray (150 ml) - the product properties at a glance:   highly conductive easy to spray on 16 grams of silver and minimal copper content, hence the red tinge suitable for bath and pen plating With conductive silver lacquer from Betzmann Galvanik you can make non-conductive surfaces such as plastic, wood and many more conductive and then simply electroplate them, for example. After application, the conductive lacquer can be electroplated with either pen plating or bath plating. In order to achieve glossy results, the object treated with the conductive lacquer should be coated with the acid copper electrolyte or our new PP copper - you can then polish to a shine and then further silver or gold plating.   Please read our operating instructions carefully before using the conductive lacquer spray.   Scope of delivery: 150 ml silver conductive lacquer spray   SILVER CONDUCTIVE PAINT SPRAY Fields of application:   Conductive treatment of plastics, glass, ceramics and many other materials. Also very well suited as a decorative lacquer for flowers - also preserves fresh flowers without drying them first.       General use:   Apply a thin layer of conductive lacquer to the pre-cleaned, grease-free surface. Plastic parts can be coated better if they are sprayed with plastic primer beforehand. Spray the conductive lacquer in several layers in cross-coats. Allow the conductive lacquer to dry thoroughly before each spraying cycle (5 - 15 minutes). In order to remove last solvent residues it is recommended to blow-dry the conductive lacquer thoroughly with a hair dryer before electroplating. The conductive lacquer should be shaken thoroughly before spraying to prevent clumping.       Pen plating:   Small areas can be plated with pen plating directly after drying. However, care should be taken to apply only weak pressure to the lacquer to avoid scratches. The object with the minus pole should only be contacted but not clamped. Here, our copper plates are suitable.   The first layer that is applied must be bright copper or PP copper, as this electrolyte quickly separates and strengthens the conductive lacquer layer. Afterwards, further coatings can be applied with other electrolytes. Since the conductive lacquer can easily be damaged, pen plating on conductive lacquer is only recommended to a limited extent. It is much better to coat the object with bright copper electrolyte beforehand.       Bath electroplating:   The best results can be achieved with conductive lacquer if it is copper-plated after spraying. The coating should be thick enough to obtain a polish-resistant layer (copper plating in bath for about 30 - 45 minutes). Before applying further coatings, the copper can then be carefully polished to a shine. It is important to spray especially edges and transitions carefully, as the conductive lacquer is most sensitive at these points and tends to run off.   Safety Instructions:   The conductive lacquer is inflammable and dangerous to the environment. Therefore keep the conductive lacquer away from ignition sources and sparking. Avoid electrostatic charging. Do not allow the conductive lacquer to get into the waste water and dispose of dried residues in hazardous waste.

Conductive copper lacquer
Conductive copper lacquer from Betzmann Galvanik Real Gold    Copper conductive lacquer from Betzmann Galvanik    Product information copper conductive lacquer Article description: The copper conductive lacquer from Betzmann Galvanik at a glance:   50 or 200 ml copper conductive lacquer for electroplating for airbrush and brush non-conductive objects can be made conductive plants and natural objects can be electroplated easy and filigree application possible With the copper-based Galvano conductive lacquer from Betzmann Galvanik, you can coat works of art and gifts made of glass, ceramics, plastic and many other materials with a shiny layer of metal even in a short time. Perfect as an exclusive gift or for your own showcase! Also very suitable as a decorative varnish due to the strong gloss effect.   Simply apply the copper conductive lacquer thinly with a brush on the cleaned surface. The copper conductive lacquer dries smudge-proof within 10 to 15 minutes and thus allows a quick processing of the workpieces. Complete drying for optimum hold on stressed surfaces takes approximately 12 - 36 hours at room temperature. The varnish can be thinned with butyl acetate or isopropanol. The next step is to connect the item with a wire and copperplate it in the acidic bright copper electrolyte from our store. A robust layer of copper will then be deposited. In the last step you can still nickel, silver and also gold or chrome plating the copper!   Due to its lower price and high electrical and thermal conductivity, the copper conductive lacquer is thus the perfect alternative to silver conductive lacquer. Please note that copper plating must be carried out in the acidic copper electrolyte in the first step, as this activates the conductive lacquer. After copper plating, the metal layer is abrasion-resistant.   Suitable materials: plastic, glass, ceramics, plants, wood and many other electrically non-conductive materials.   Drying time: 5-15 minutes (smudge-proof), 1-3 days (complete for maximum demands)   20 mL is enough for an area of up to one square meter - so very productive!

Copper Plating Solution
Our copper electrolyte alkaline for acid-sensitive metals is cyanide-free! Ideal for bath and tampon - / pin electroplating suitable 50 grams copper / liter For use on iron and zinc metals Easy to use and cyanide free   Ideally suited to copperplate even acid-sensitive materials (iron, zinc or steel). For example, copper plating can also be applied to materials that are attacked by the acidic copper electrolyte - for example, rusting steels or other ferrous materials. Copper plating effectively protects workpieces made of iron and steel against rust and gives them an attractive surface thanks to the typical red luster of the precious metal. Because of its good solderability, electroplated copper plating is ideal for the production of printed circuit boards or similar. Simply use the copper electrolyte together with a copper sheet as anode and you can quickly provide a component with a shiny copper coating yourself. The exact instructions for use can be found in our guide here in the download area! For copper plating of non-acid sensitive materials please use the Betzmann Electroplating Bright Copper Electrolyte.  Alkaline copper electrolyte can be used in bath electroplating as well as in pin electroplating/tampon electroplating. Since it enables electroplating of acid-sensitive metals, it is suitable for many applications. Important properties of alkaline copper electrolyte are excellent leveling and good scattering. This color tone can be further enhanced by an additional coating with our bright copper electrolyte. Applications for Copper Electrolyte Alkaline Copper Alkaline prepares acid-sensitive materials for copper plating with acidic copper electrolyte. These include, for example, various ferrous materials or zinc. A particular advantage is that it does not deposit electrolessly on iron, which would form a loose coating before electrodeposition begins. This increases adhesion to ferrous materials. Basic copper electrolyte serves as an intermediate layer for acid-sensitive metals before final plating with acid electrolytic copper or other coatings. Basic copper electrolyte is suitable for the following metals:   Lead, bronze, iron, copper, brass, zinc, tin, steel, zinc die casting and many others. Basic copper is not suitable for aluminum, chromium and titanium. Aluminum requires pretreatment with aluminum activator Please test all other metals not mentioned above for their suitability for electroplating before copper plating.  Application instructions for copper electrolyte alkaline Copper Electrolyte Alkaline is suitable for all electroplating processes from bath electroplating to pin electroplating / pad electroplating. It already works at room temperature; however, it can be heated if necessary. The ideal temperature range is between 25 - 50°C. Clean the workpiece thoroughly before treatment.
