Conductivity Tester

Product information "Conductivity Tester"

Conductivity Tester:

With this simple tester you can immediately determine whether the surface is conductive, whether there is a fine layer of paint or whether the chrome plating is only vapour-deposited non-conductive chrome.

Delivery without batteries!

Attention: Design - manufacturer, model and colour vary!

After drying, it will provide a conductive surface and can be coated. Children's shoes, flowers, etc. can thus be coated.  You can apply it with a brush or also with an airbrush gun. The smoother and shinier the paint layer, the higher the degree of gloss of the coating - please use very long and thick acid or copperplate with PP-copper. This brings the gloss!   Conductive silver lacquer, conductive silver - contains 50 % pure silver powder in acrylic lacquer (water-based) The Betzmann Condurctive Silver Ink has many different uses:  "Liquid wire" for model making and electronic work.  Especially suitable for difficult areas. If in doubt, make a small test before application. Water-based, solvent-free. The paint dries solid, is highly elastic and water-insoluble with grayish yellow color. And can be painted over with most other paints. High mechanical strength. Quantity depending on the substrate, usually 2-3 strokes with a thin brush. Conductive copper lacquer
Conductive copper lacquer from Betzmann Galvanik Real Gold  Copper conductive paint from Betzmann Galvanik The copper conductive paint (50 ml or 200 ml) from Betzmann Galvanik at a glance: 50 ml or 200 ml copper conductive paint for electroplating for airbrushes and brushes Non-conductive objects can be made conductive Plants and natural objects can be electroplatedEasy and delicate application possibleWith the copper-based electroplating conductive lacquer from Betzmann Galvanik, you can coat works of art and gifts made of glass, ceramics, plastic and many other materials with a shiny layer of metal in a short time. Perfect as an exclusive gift or for your own display case! Also very suitable as a decorative lacquer thanks to the strong gloss effect. Simply apply a thin layer of the copper conductive lacquer to the cleaned surface with a brush. The copper conductive lacquer dries smudge-proof within 10 to 15 minutes and therefore enables the workpieces to be processed quickly. Complete drying for optimum hold on stressed surfaces takes approx. 12 - 36 hours at room temperature. The lacquer can be diluted with butyl acetate. The lacquer becomes electrically conductive as follows:You will need the acidic copper electrolyte for this. Place the painted object in the acidic copper electrolyte for approx. 20 minutes. This dissolves the oxidation layer of the copper. Connect the object to a wire and galvanically deposit copper around 2.7 volts. volts galvanically.  In the final step, the copper can be nickel-plated, silver-plated, gold-plated or chrome-plated! Due to its lower price and high electrical and thermal conductivity, copper conductive paint is the perfect alternative to silver conductive paint. Please note that copper plating in an acidic copper electrolyte is essential in the first step, as this activates the conductive lacquer. After copper plating, the metal layer is abrasion-resistant. Suitable materials: Plastic, glass, ceramics, plants, wood and many other electrically non-conductive materials Drying time: 5-15 minutes (smudge-proof), 1-3 days (complete for maximum requirements) 20 mL are sufficient for an area of up to one square meter - so very economical!
