Anodenstoffpad - Anodenhüllen dick mehrlagig - Ersatzhüllen für die Tampon Galvanik von Betzmann Real Gold
Dieser dicke Pads besteht aus mehreren zusammen genähten Lagen Stoff und eignet sich hervorragend für die Beschichtung größerer Flächen, aber auch für Teile mit Gittern wie z.B. ein Kühlergrill usw. Am unteren Ende befinden sich 2 Einschublöcher für den Anodenstab. Falls dieser sich oben schon durch den Stoff gearbeitet hat, kann man den Pad durch Einstecken in das andere Einschubloch weiterhin benutzen. Bitte vor Anwendung den Pad gründlich durchnässen, sonst leitet er nicht.

Stainless Steel Electrode:
This electrode is ideal for chrome stripping and electro-cleaning. To swap over to a stainless steel electrode, simply loosen the existing electrode using the allen key which comes free with the wand, and fit in the new one. Stainless steel electrodes should not be used for any other processes such as the metal can cause contamination of the plating solution resulting in considerable wastage of gold metal.
Selecting the best electrode for the job is very important.
Platinum electrode from Betzmann-Galvanik:
We know that when plating with gold or silver, you want to achieve only the best results
and this is achieved by using our platinum electrode (platinized titanium). This will
more than meet your requirements.
It hardly wears out and leaves no black spots or stains when plating. For
top quality gold plating, we recommend the use of this electrode.
Care should be taken to clean the electrode carefully after each use!

Platinum-coated titanium anodes are among the classic anode materials for electroplating because they combine the excellent electrochemical properties of platinum with the good corrosion properties of titanium. They are characterized by a long service life at high current density and are versatile in use. They are equally suitable for platinum and ruthenium baths, for hard chrome plating, as bright rhodium baths and for cathodic corrosion protection. The standard platinum layer thickness is 2.5 μm.
In order to achieve the best results when plating with gold (adhesive gold bath, bright gold plating bath) or silver, they are indispensable.
This platinum electrode will more than meet your requirements, it hardly wears out and leaves no black spots or stains when plating. For top quality gold plating, I recommend using this electrode.
Other possible applications: Water electrolysis/separation of hydrogen and oxygen, water disinfection, production of chlorates (chlorate synthesis) and perchlorates.

Graphite electrodes are ultimate for all coatings.
The advantage is that in some coatings with stainless steel electrodes, the dislodged metal parts disturb the coating. This does not happen with graphite electrodes, because graphite also filters out contaminated liquids. With bath electroplating, they also need to be replaced occasionally as they slowly dissolve during the plating process.
With pad electroplating, simply loosen the screw on the handle and replace with a new one.

The copper in the electrode replaces the copper from the plating solution, so you can save between 40% and 50% on the cost of solution. It can also save you time as once you’ve dipped your swab in the plating solution, you don’t have to keep dipping it back – the copper from the electrode gets plated instead. If you intend to rely on this, we recommend you mix our Thickener with the Copper Plating Solution to make sure the swab doesn’t dry out and electrical contact is maintained.

Do-it-yourself gold plating has never been so easy. Our gold electrolyte from Betzmann Galvanik may be purchased by anyone. Whether it is for use in highly professional laboratories, industry, luxury companies, to the use in the hobby, main or secondary trade, companies, schools, universities, TH , IHK or other authorities.
With this extremely fast and very hard depositing gold electrolyte from Betzmann Galvanik, you can usually coat the following metals directly:

The pink color of the electrolyte is the hardness additive cobalt. This gives the otherwise much too soft gold an abrasion resistant surface. This is not toxic in the admixed composition.
The gold electrolyte from Betzmann Galvanik is anti-allergenic, was extracted from crisis- and conflict-free gold and is food-safe.
Our Betzmann Galvanik Gold Electrolyte has a very fast deposition and further achieves a very hard gold layer. It has a very good covering effect and is therefore one of the best products on the market worldwide. A special preservative causes a very long shelf life of at least 2 years and prevents sedimentation, as it occurs with many other gold electrolytes.
The gold electrolyte from Betzmann Galvanik is used worldwide, e.g. for the gold plating of boat parts made of brass that are exposed to salt water, medical technology, measurement technology, for optical gold plating, for technical gold plating, gold plating of drive shafts, musical instruments and their parts, both inside and outside, body jewelry, intimate protection, dental jewelry, dental technology, drills of all kinds, shisa, e-cigarettes so-called. Vaporizers, vehicle parts, engine parts, motorcycle parts, airplane interiors, exhaust systems and manifolds, as gold is very heat resistant, sporting goods, diving equipment, keys and pendants, jewelry, chains and rings of all kinds, piston rods, pipes, table feet, bathroom fixtures and many more.
Partial coatings are possible by masking and masking surrounding areas.
To avoid material loss when coating sloping surfaces, we recommend our thickener/gel former. With this you can thicken all electrolytes also chrome remover, cleaner etc..

Optimal results are achieved with the platinum electrode 6mm - 10cm length or the flat platinum electrode, because platinum electrodes can build up very thick layers far over 10 microns and more.
