Whether it is for use in highly professional laboratories, industry, luxury companies, to the use in the hobby, main or secondary trade, companies, schools, universities, TH , IHK or other authorities.

With this extremely fast and very hard depositing gold electrolyte from Betzmann Galvanik, you can usually coat the following metals directly:

Stainless steel of all kinds, surgical steel, copper, silver, brass, nickel, iron, steel,  

The pink color of the electrolyte is the hardness additive cobalt. This gives the otherwise much too soft gold an abrasion resistant surface. This is not toxic in the admixed composition. 

The gold electrolyte from Betzmann Galvanik is anti-allergenic, was extracted from crisis- and conflict-free gold and is food-safe. 

Our Betzmann Galvanik Gold Electrolyte has a very fast deposition and further achieves a very hard gold layer. It has a very good covering effect and is therefore one of the best products on the market worldwide. A special preservative causes a very long shelf life of at least 2 years and prevents sedimentation, as it occurs with many other gold electrolytes.

The gold electrolyte from Betzmann Galvanik is used worldwide, e.g. for the gold plating of boat parts made of brass that are exposed to salt water, medical technology, measurement technology, for optical gold plating, for technical gold plating, gold plating of drive shafts, musical instruments and their parts, both inside and outside, body jewelry, intimate protection, dental jewelry, dental technology, drills of all kinds, shisa, e-cigarettes so-called. Partial coatings are possible by masking and masking surrounding areas.

To avoid material loss when coating sloping surfaces, we recommend our thickener/gel former. With this you can thicken all electrolytes also chrome remover, cleaner etc..  

Also you can use with this gold mostly in the ratio 1:10 our mixer products like rose gold, white gold and green gold!

Optimal results are achieved with the platinum electrode 6mm - 10cm length or the flat platinum electrode, because platinum electrodes can build up very thick layers far over 10 microns and more.

Graphite electrodes can also be used.

Sleeve - Swab - Anode fabric pad - Anode covers, thick, multi-layered - Replacement covers for pad electroplating from Betzmann Galvanik This thick, very robust anode fabric pad consists of several layers of fabric sewn together and is ideal for coating any surface. It does not wear out so quickly, especially on rough or coarse surfaces. At the lower end there are 2 insertion holes for the anode rod up to 6mm (for 8mm you can enlarge the holes with scissors or a knife. If this has already worked its way through the fabric at the top, you can continue to use the anode fabric pad by inserting it into the other insertion hole. Please soak the pad thoroughly before use, otherwise it will not conduct. Scope of delivery: 1 piece!

Gold Flash Goldflash
  Product information "Gold Flash" from Betzmann Galvanik   Gold Flash with 2 grams of gold per liter - wonderfully suitable as an intermediate layer or decorative layer.    The Gold Flash from Betzmann Galvanik has 2 main areas of application:   1. optical-decorative layer: Gold is soft and needs the addition of cobalt as a hard abrasion resistant top layer, which is not included in this product. Therefore, the gold layer from Goldflash appears somewhat lighter yellow. Parts that are not subject to any stress, such as souvenirs, horseshoes for decoration, etc., can be easily, directly and inexpensively gold-plated with the Goldflash.   Tip: You can first gild parts very intensively and thickly with the Goldflash and then coat them briefly with the 8 or 12 gram cobalt-displaced hard gold!   2. bonding primer for the following coatings: Many applications require thin layers of gold before actual plating. Until now, this was only possible with the use of 24 carat gold and was therefore quite costly. cost-intensive. This is now a thing of the past.  With the Goldflash from Betzmann Galvanik, you can now apply the desired gold layer.   As an example, direct silver plating of nickel is usually not feasible, so you can first gold plate with the Goldflash, then silver plate. Platinum electrode from Betzmann-Galvanik:   We know that when plating with gold or silver, you want to achieve only the best results and this is achieved by using our platinum electrode (platinized titanium). This will more than meet your requirements. It hardly wears out and leaves no black spots or stains when plating.
