Copper Alligator Clip – Professional Negative Contact Clamp for Tank, Pen & Brush Plating

Product information "Copper Alligator Clip – Professional Negative Contact Clamp for Tank, Pen & Brush Plating"

Copper Alligator Clip – Soft Negative Contact Clamp for Professional Electroplating

Premium Copper Alligator Clip for Secure and Gentle Electrical Contact During Electroplating

The Copper Alligator Clip BMG-019A has been specifically developed for professional use in tank plating, pen plating, and brush plating applications. Designed exclusively as a negative contact clamp (cathode connection), it provides a secure electrical connection to the workpiece while minimizing the risk of surface damage.

Manufactured from high-purity copper, the clip offers outstanding electrical conductivity with very low contact resistance, ensuring stable current transfer and consistent electroplating results. The soft copper jaws help protect delicate surfaces by significantly reducing the risk of scratches or pressure marks during clamping.

Unlike zinc-plated steel clamps, the Copper Alligator Clip is rust-proof, zinc-free, and corrosion-resistant, eliminating the risk of zinc contamination of the electrolyte or workpiece. This makes it particularly suitable for high-quality precious metal plating processes such as gold plating, silver plating, rhodium plating, palladium plating, platinum plating, and ruthenium plating.

Its robust copper construction also provides an exceptionally long service life and can last up to 200 times longer than conventional coated alligator clips under normal electroplating conditions.
